As the star trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala hosted the Pilates Festival India in association with her fitness studio Body Image which lasted from 14th February to 17th February, the Bollywood Divas didn’t miss a chance and shared their Pilates moments with this trainer. Pilates is a form of exercise which improves the strength, stretching, and balance of the body. It also enhances the coordination of body and mind and if practiced right, pilates can influence breathing and can strengthen the abdomen and back muscles along with lungs. Being the exercise improving mental and physical capabilities, Pilates is very popular among all Bollywood stars.

Alia Bhatt has made remarkable progress by losing her weight to a great extent when she started her career as an actress. The actress is regularly hitting the gym since and has always shared her gym moments on her social media handles often. However, the actress describes Pilates as one of her favorite exercises which gives her mental peace and boosts her energy and gets her ready for the hectic day. Yasmin has been working for her fitness trainer and she has been guiding her for performing the pilates throughout.
