“We Don’t Need to Tell Govt What to Do” Ajay Devgan on J&k Attack


After the Pulwama attack on Thursday in which 40 soldiers lost their lives, everyone in the country is expressing their anger on the terrorist attack on our ‘Jawans’. The whole nation is seeking revenge from Pakistan. All the B-Town celebrities have come forward to help the soldiers. During a promotional event for Indra Kumar’s film Total Dhamaal in the capital city, Ajay Devgn spoke about how people are reacting on celebrities’ remarks on the Pulwama terror attack. The 49-year-old actor Ajay Devgn has shown solidarity with the Indian army and the government over the response to the dastardly Pulwama attack of which took place in Jammu and Kasmir on February 14. Ajay Devgn was asked as to what steps should the government take to fight terrorism when he came for the promotion of his adventure comedy film Total Dhamaal in New Delhi. He politely replied saying that, “We don’t need to tell the government what to do, they are doing whatever they can.” and further added that “We are in full support of our army and the government. Whatever steps they will take will be always right and we are with them.”

After that Devgn also said, “Everything should be done. It’s not that war is the only solution.” and further added that ” We have to arm-twist, we have to talk, we have to do everything, whatever needs to be done should be done to stop terrorism forever and should spread the peace all over the nation.” Recently Ajay Devgn also announced on his social media account that his film ‘Total Dhamal’ will not be released in Pakistan in the wake of the terror attack in Pulwama. The cast of Total Dhamaal including Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit donated Rs 50 lakh rupees to the family of the martyrs in the form of help.

The Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed had attacked in Pulwama on February 14 in which 40 CRPF soldiers were martyred. Since then all the people are very angry at the terrorist. The government has given exemption to the army for revenge. Also, the status of the Most Favored Nation was stripped from Pakistan.

Indra Kumar’s Total Dhamaal was released in theatres on February 22 which was the third installment of the Dhamaal film series. The first movie was Dhamaal that was released in 2007, followed by Double Dhamaal in 2011.
